张博士早先任职于美国财富500强公司，在通讯和电子信息领域的供应链管理、产品管理、销售管理、市场管理、企业管理等各部门担任重要职位，领导了全球采购、技术转化、产品开发、市场开拓及产品的全生命周期管理，亲身参与全球化过程。职业一直处于当时世界技术发展的最前沿，从卫星通讯和移动通讯以及卫星数字电视到数据存储和光通讯，并参与国际电讯联盟的光通讯标准制定。 先后在Hughes Network Systems 任材料工程师，负责全球供应商管理，足迹遍布亚洲、欧洲和北美各个角落。在LeCroy任产品经理，负责数据存储器件（计算机硬盘）精密测试设备的开发和全球营销。在Tektronix 任产品营销经理，负责光通讯精密测试设备的开发和全球营销。

Billy是原山东大学物理学士，压电铁电专业。考取CUSPEA赴美留学，获约翰霍普金斯大学材料科学和工程系博士。研究方向为电化学，即电池的基础技术。读博期间在美国国家标准局（现美国国家标准和技术研究院）及美国布鲁克海文国家实验室担任客座科学家。博士论文即使用了梯度搜索方法从大数据中拟合计算材料分子结构，梯度搜索是人工智能的核心算法。后又在马里兰大学工商获管理硕士（MBA），主修市场营销。并受过哈佛大学商学院企业营销战略的高管教育培训。

Billy is a former BS in Physics from Shandong University and a major in polycarbonate iron. I took CUSPEA to study in the United States and received a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. The research direction is electrochemistry, which is the basic technology of batteries. During the reading period, he was a visiting scientist at the National Bureau of Standards (now the National Institute of Standards and Technology) and the Brookhaven National Laboratory. The doctoral thesis uses a gradient search method to fit the calculated molecular structure of the material from the big data. The gradient search is artificial intelligence and then an MBA at the University of Maryland, majoring in marketing. He has received executive education training from Harvard Business School's corporate marketing strategy.
