Jenny is one of NECINA’s founding members. She has served as General Manager for 8 years and has been a board member since 2000.
Ms. Chen began her IT career at Wang Laboratories in 1989. She has held positions in several US IT companies including: Cabletron Systems, Cascade Communications, Ascend Communications, Lucent Technologies, Unisphere and Juniper Networks. She is currently working for Siemens Network Convergence as a senior technical staff member.
Ms. Chen holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, a MS degree in Computer Science from River College and Project Management Institute’s project manager certification from Boston University.
