Ms. Rose Lee Askin is the VP of Commercial Banking in Citizens Bank. Her clients are companies with revenue from $5-50 million. In addition to commercial lending, Rose provides private and international banking services. She is also well versed in government financing programs.
Rose started her career in the early 1980’s with Bank of Boston where she completed their “Loan Officer Development Program”. After returning from a stint in their Hong Kong headquarters, she joined Chase Manhattan in Chicago specializing in the agriculture and heavy equipment industries. Rose has also worked in Tokyo, Bangkok and Los Angeles.
Born in Shanghai, China, she is fluent in several Chinese dialects. Rose lives with her husband and two teenage children in Dover, Massachusetts.
